Description

Delicious wet burritos filled with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and melted cheese, smothered in enchilada sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Sour cream and sliced jalapeños for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the refried beans and taco seasoning to the skillet and stir well. Cook until heated through.
  3. Place a portion of the beef mixture in each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled burritos and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve topped with diced onions, tomatoes, sour cream, and jalapeños.

Notes

For extra flavor, add bell peppers or corn to the beef mixture. Consider using shredded chicken for a different protein option.
