Description
Delicious wet burritos filled with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and melted cheese, smothered in enchilada sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Sour cream and sliced jalapeños for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the refried beans and taco seasoning to the skillet and stir well. Cook until heated through.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture in each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled burritos and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve topped with diced onions, tomatoes, sour cream, and jalapeños.
Notes
For extra flavor, add bell peppers or corn to the beef mixture. Consider using shredded chicken for a different protein option.
