Description

A fun and unique dessert with sweet and nutty flavors, featuring pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, and crunchy nuts.


Ingredients

  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pistachios or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows, whipped topping, and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix gently until everything is combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
