Description

A delicious and colorful veggie pizza appetizer, perfect for any occasion and easy to make with fresh vegetables and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Arrange the diced bell peppers, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and sliced black olives over the cheese.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
