Description
Healthy and delicious wraps packed with protein, fresh vegetables, and creamy hummus, perfect for lunch or a snack.
Ingredients
- 2 6″ whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 3 ounces deli turkey meat
- 2 small tomatoes (sliced)
- ¼ English cucumber (cut in long strips)
- 1 bell pepper (cut in long strips)
- Lime juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla.
- Divide the turkey into 2 equal portions and place it on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the sliced tomatoes, cucumber strips, and bell pepper strips on both wraps.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Squeeze some fresh lime juice over the veggies for added flavor.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, cut them in half, and serve with additional veggies on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
