Turkey Hummus and Veggie Wraps

Description

Healthy and delicious wraps packed with protein, fresh vegetables, and creamy hummus, perfect for lunch or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 6″ whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 3 ounces deli turkey meat
  • 2 small tomatoes (sliced)
  • ¼ English cucumber (cut in long strips)
  • 1 bell pepper (cut in long strips)
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. Divide the turkey into 2 equal portions and place it on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
  4. Evenly distribute the sliced tomatoes, cucumber strips, and bell pepper strips on both wraps.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  6. Squeeze some fresh lime juice over the veggies for added flavor.
  7. Roll each tortilla tightly, cut them in half, and serve with additional veggies on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
