Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Turkey seasoning (for flavoring)
- Frosting or glaze (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Add turkey seasoning to the mixture according to taste.
- Pour the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before applying frosting or glaze if desired.
Notes
