Description

A refreshing and colorful salad made with a variety of fresh fruits, perfect for hot summer days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Few fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Add all fruits to a large bowl and gently pour the dressing on top.
  4. Mix with a spoon to coat the fruits evenly without crushing them.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and refrigerate for about 15–20 minutes before serving for extra freshness.

Notes

Use ripe and fresh fruits for the best flavor. Feel free to add other fruits like mango, watermelon, or peaches for more variety.
