Description

Quick and easy biscuits made with just three ingredients, soft and buttery, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease 8 cups of a muffin tin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter and sour cream. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  4. Stir in the self-rising flour until combined; the dough will be thick.
  5. Spoon the dough into the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm with butter or jam. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for up to three months.
