Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, diced tomatoes, garlic, and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
