Description

Fun and tasty Tequila Rosé Pudding Shots with a delicious strawberry flavor, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) strawberry shake instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup Tequila Rosé
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • 12 to 15 mini plastic condiment cups with lids


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, cold milk, and Tequila Rosé for about 2 minutes until the mixture is slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a rubber spatula, and mix until the pudding is smooth and fluffy.
  3. Spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into the mini cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Cover the cups with lids and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until they are set and chilled.
  5. Just before serving, top each shot with a swirl of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a cleaner look, use an icing bag to pipe the pudding into cups. These pudding shots can also be made non-alcoholic by replacing Tequila Rosé with more cold milk or a flavored syrup.
