Description
Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells are a fun and tasty twist on classic tacos, combining the delicious flavors of tacos and pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it’s browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions.
- Mix in the cream cheese and let it simmer until melted.
- Chill the meat mixture in the fridge to make it easier to stuff.
- Pour salsa into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package directions, then toss them with a little butter.
- Fill each cooked pasta shell with the meat mixture and place them in the pan on top of the salsa.
- Pour taco sauce over the shells and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses and crushed tortilla chips on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve with sour cream and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
