Description

A refreshing Strawberry Frappuccino made with fresh strawberries, creamy milk, and a hint of sweetness, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 20 fresh strawberries (about 2 cups, hulled)
  • 2 cups milk (whole, 2%, or plant-based like oat or almond)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, reduce ice to 3 cups for optimal thickness.
  2. Add strawberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and ice to a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and slushy with no ice chunks.
  4. Pour into tall glasses and top with a dollop of freshly whipped cream (optional but recommended).
  5. Optionally garnish with a strawberry slice, a light drizzle of maple syrup, or a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry powder.

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed immediately when it’s cold and refreshing. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a day.
