Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish that combines tender grilled steak with Gorgonzola cheese for a unique flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, grilled and sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream.
  3. Stir in the Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the cheese sauce until well coated.
  5. Add the grilled steak slices and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with extra crumbled Gorgonzola or chopped parsley. Pair with garlic bread or salad.
