Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish that combines tender grilled steak with Gorgonzola cheese for a unique flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, grilled and sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream.
- Stir in the Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the cheese sauce until well coated.
- Add the grilled steak slices and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with extra crumbled Gorgonzola or chopped parsley. Pair with garlic bread or salad.
