Description

A fun and easy craft that creates a mesmerizing winter snowstorm display in a jar.


Ingredients

  • 1 large clear jar or glass container with lid
  • 1 cup baby oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white paint or white glue
  • 1 tablespoon glitter (optional, for sparkle)
  • Cold water (to fill)
  • Stirring stick or spoon
  • Tray or towel (to protect surfaces)


Instructions

  1. Pour baby oil or vegetable oil into the jar until it is about halfway full.
  2. Add the white paint or glue to the jar.
  3. Sprinkle in glitter for a sparkling snowstorm (optional).
  4. Carefully fill the rest of the jar with cold water, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar vigorously to watch the ‘snow’ swirl and fall like a real snowstorm.
