Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients with a mixing bowl and a shallow tray or bin ready for play.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of foam shaving cream.
- Slowly fold in 1/2 cup of baking soda into the shaving cream, using a spatula or spoon to gently combine.
- Stir until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and resembles snow.
- If desired, add a few drops of peppermint extract or essential oil and mix well.
- For added fun, sprinkle in some glitter or snowflake confetti and mix again.
- Transfer the snow foam mixture to your sensory bin or tray.
- Encourage kids to explore the foam with spoons, scoops, or small toys.
- If any leftovers remain, store them in an airtight container for up to 1 day and remix before reuse.
