Description

A comforting and delicious pasta dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with fun pasta shells.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger, browned and drained
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (roasted garlic flavor recommended)
  • 1 large block Velveeta cheese (Mexican style works great!)
  • 1 lb pasta shells, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess grease once cooked.
  2. Return the meat to the skillet and stir in the cream of mushroom soup without adding any milk or water.
  3. Heat the mixture until warm, then gradually add cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until fully melted.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta shells and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
