Description
A comforting and delicious pasta dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with fun pasta shells.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger, browned and drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (roasted garlic flavor recommended)
- 1 large block Velveeta cheese (Mexican style works great!)
- 1 lb pasta shells, cooked and drained
Instructions
- Brown the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess grease once cooked.
- Return the meat to the skillet and stir in the cream of mushroom soup without adding any milk or water.
- Heat the mixture until warm, then gradually add cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until fully melted.
- Toss in the cooked pasta shells and stir until everything is well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
