Create your own ocean-themed slime filled with blue glitter and fun underwater figurines for a delightful sensory experience.
Ingredients
- 2 bottles of Elmer’s blue glitter glue or 12 ounces of white glue with blue food coloring
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 tablespoons of contact lens solution
- Extra glitter (optional)
- Under the sea figurines (optional)
Instructions
- Pour both bottles of Elmer’s blue glitter glue into a mixing bowl. If using white glue, add a few drops of blue food coloring and mix well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the glue and stir until combined.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of water and mix thoroughly.
- While stirring, slowly add 3 tablespoons of contact lens solution. Keep mixing until the slime begins to form.
- Once the slime starts to pull away from the bowl, take it out and knead it with your hands. If too sticky, add more contact lens solution until you reach your desired texture.
- For extra fun, add extra glitter and your under the sea figurines!
Notes
Store slime in an airtight container for several weeks. Mix baking soda thoroughly for optimal consistency.
