Ingredients
- 8 ounces of your preferred pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, combine the cooked pasta, roasted broccoli, spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook over medium heat until the spinach wilts and everything is heated through.
- Serve with fresh basil on top.
