Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Fold in the cooked fettuccine, coating the pasta with the sauce.
