Delicious cheesecake with peaches and chocolate crumble, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 200 g cold butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 kg cream cheese (mashed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- Peaches (amount to taste, fresh or canned)
Instructions
- Prepare the crumb dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and diced cold butter. Add yolks and knead the dough. Form it into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with sugar and eggs until smooth. Pour over the prepared crust.
- Place the sliced peaches on top of the cheese mass.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 50-60 minutes until the cheesecake is well set.
- Once baked, cool and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled, cut into pieces. You can decorate with whipped cream or fresh fruits for extra charm.
