Description

A creamy and cheesy seafood pasta bake that’s sure to please everyone at the table.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni noodles
  • 454 grams Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 907 grams Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 710 milliliters heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Seafood (e.g., shrimp, crab, or scallops)
  • Seasonings (e.g., garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika)
  • Bread crumbs (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Velveeta and Colby Jack cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni and seafood to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, and optionally add seasonings to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
