Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and salt, cooking until the gravy thickens.
  5. Spread the biscuits in a pie dish, pour the gravy and sausage mixture over them, and top with the remaining biscuit dough.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
