Sardine & Avocado Salad

Description

A delicious and nutritious salad packed with healthy fats, protein, and fresh veggies, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines (in olive oil)
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 45 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Croutons
  • Herbs
  • Green dressing


Instructions

  1. Arrange the lettuce at the bottom of a bowl.
  2. Slice the avocado and place it on top of the lettuce.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle some croutons over the vegetables for crunch.
  5. Open the can of sardines and place them on top of the salad.
  6. Slice the boiled egg in half and add it to the salad.
  7. Drizzle your favorite green dressing over the salad and sprinkle with herbs for added flavor.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be meal-prepped by keeping avocado and dressing separate.
