A delicious and nutritious salad packed with healthy fats, protein, and fresh veggies, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 can sardines (in olive oil)
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce
- 4–5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Croutons
- Herbs
- Green dressing
Instructions
- Arrange the lettuce at the bottom of a bowl.
- Slice the avocado and place it on top of the lettuce.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
- Sprinkle some croutons over the vegetables for crunch.
- Open the can of sardines and place them on top of the salad.
- Slice the boiled egg in half and add it to the salad.
- Drizzle your favorite green dressing over the salad and sprinkle with herbs for added flavor.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be meal-prepped by keeping avocado and dressing separate.
