Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed purple sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed purple sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix everything until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
