A delicious blend of pizza and lasagna flavors, all made in one pan for a comforting and quick dinner option.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 8 oz pasta (like lasagna noodles)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Stir in marinara sauce, cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning into the skillet. Mix well.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cover the skillet and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
