Description

A delicious blend of pizza and lasagna flavors, all made in one pan for a comforting and quick dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 8 oz pasta (like lasagna noodles)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning into the skillet. Mix well.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cover the skillet and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes
