Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake with rich white chocolate and crunchy pistachios, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in the egg, melted white chocolate, heavy cream, chopped pistachios, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled and consider adding fresh whipped cream and extra pistachios on top for decoration. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
