A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake with rich white chocolate and crunchy pistachios, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in the egg, melted white chocolate, heavy cream, chopped pistachios, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled and consider adding fresh whipped cream and extra pistachios on top for decoration. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
