Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 8-10 slices of White American cheese
  • 20 oz bag McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook the waffle fries according to the package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
  4. Season the thinly sliced steak with garlic salt and black pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through.
