Description

A delightful twist on the classic muffin that combines the flavors of fresh peach pie with a flaky texture, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup peach pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and press the seams together for an even surface.
  3. Brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread peach pie filling evenly.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and slice the log lengthwise.
  5. Twist each half and coil each strip into a spiral, placing them cut-side up in the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool briefly.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg along with the cinnamon. You can also substitute fruit fillings for variation.
