Description

Delightful dessert bars that combine creamy cheesecake with sweet, juicy peaches, perfect for summer or any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • Fresh peaches for topping, optional
  • Whipped cream for serving, optional


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the dish to form a crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Slice into bars and top with fresh peaches and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor. You can customize by adding other fruits or using a chocolate drizzle.
