Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  4. Stir in the beef broth, milk, ranch seasoning mix, and pasta.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.

Notes

If desired, garnish with extra shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and crushed red pepper for added flavor.
