No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Graham Balls

Description

Delightful no-bake treats combining chocolate, coconut, and graham crackers, perfect for parties or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)


Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour, or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll them in the extra graham crumbs.
  5. Put the rolled balls back in the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Make sure to measure ingredients accurately. Chill longer if mixture is too sticky. Can add nuts or dried fruit for variation.
