Delightful no-bake treats combining chocolate, coconut, and graham crackers, perfect for parties or snack time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour, or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll them in the extra graham crumbs.
- Put the rolled balls back in the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Make sure to measure ingredients accurately. Chill longer if mixture is too sticky. Can add nuts or dried fruit for variation.
