Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and corn.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
