Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and corn.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and corn mixture and toss until well combined.
- Fold in the cotija cheese.
