Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen or homemade meatballs, fully cooked
- 4 cups mashed potatoes, freshly made or leftovers
- 1 1/2 cups brown gravy, homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the cooked meatballs evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the mashed potatoes over the meatballs.
- Pour brown gravy over the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired before serving.
