Description

Delightful blend of sweet and savory muffins inspired by the popular breakfast sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk, maple syrup, eggs, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheese until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool slightly before removing them from the tin and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with extra maple syrup or alongside fresh fruit. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
