Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and let it boil for about 3 minutes.
