Fun and healthy Lemon Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies packed with wholesome ingredients and a refreshing lemon twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions
