Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Serve garnished with lemon slices and additional herbs if desired.
