Description

A delicious and healthy dish that brings together the fresh flavors of lemon and herbs with tender, flaky salmon.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Serve garnished with lemon slices and additional herbs if desired.

Notes

Marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. Grill well to avoid sticking.
