Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee ice cream (150 grams)
- 1 cup milk (227 grams)
- 3 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream (85 grams)
- Chocolate syrup
- Mini chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Place the coffee ice cream, milk, and Irish cream in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the shake into glasses.
- Top with chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips, and whipped cream if desired.
Notes
For a thicker shake, use less milk. You can substitute with different ice cream flavors or create a non-alcoholic version by omitting the Irish cream.
