  • Warm water
  • Clear glue or baby oil
  • Blue food coloring or non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint

Instructions

  1. Fill the clear jar with warm water, leaving some space at the top.
  2. Add a generous amount of clear glue or baby oil to the water for a slow-motion effect.
  3. Mix in a few drops of blue food coloring or glow-in-the-dark paint.
  4. Drop in glow-in-the-dark beads, glitter, or sequins.
  5. Add small plastic sea creatures, arranging them as desired.
  6. Include mini aquarium plants or tiny seashells if desired.
  7. Seal the jar tightly with the lid.
  8. To activate the glow, shine a UV blacklight flashlight on the jar. Add glycerin now if used.
