Description

Delicious and easy-to-make sliders packed with flavorful meats, melty cheese, and tasty peppers, perfect for gatherings or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise (Kings Hawaiian recommended)
  • 6 oz package of ham, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan.
  3. Layer on slices of ham, followed by salami, then pepperoni, and a layer of provolone cheese.
  4. Top with sliced hot cherry peppers and sliced pepperoncini.
  5. Replace the top bun and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic. Mix to combine.
  7. Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the top of the sliders.
  8. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy with marinara sauce for dipping.
