Ingredients
- 1 wheel (approximately 200 g) Brie cheese
- 1 cup (150 g) dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup (85 g) honey
- 1/2 cup (60 g) pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, combine the chopped figs and honey over low heat, stirring until the mixture is warm.
- Pour the fig and honey mixture over the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the Brie is melty and warm.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
