Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (approximately 200 g) Brie cheese
  • 1 cup (150 g) dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (85 g) honey
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) pecans, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the chopped figs and honey over low heat, stirring until the mixture is warm.
  4. Pour the fig and honey mixture over the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the Brie is melty and warm.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread.
