Instructions

- After resting, divide the dough in half and roll it out using a rolling pin or pasta cutter to your desired thickness.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles for 60 seconds.
- Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Set the noodles aside and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent them from sticking.
- Use the noodles immediately or freeze them for later.
Notes
