Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. After resting, divide the dough in half and roll it out using a rolling pin or pasta cutter to your desired thickness.
  5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles for 60 seconds.
  6. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. Set the noodles aside and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent them from sticking.
  8. Use the noodles immediately or freeze them for later.

Notes
