Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Mix till everything is well combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough in half. Roll out each half using a pasta cutter to your desired thickness.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, cook the noodles for 60 seconds.
- Drain the noodles and quickly wash them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil to prevent sticking.
- Use the noodles immediately or freeze them for later.
Notes
Make sure to knead the dough enough for structure. Experiment with different shapes for variety.
