Description

Delicious and easy homemade egg noodles that elevate your favorite meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Mix till everything is well combined.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. After resting, divide the dough in half. Roll out each half using a pasta cutter to your desired thickness.
  5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  6. Once boiling, cook the noodles for 60 seconds.
  7. Drain the noodles and quickly wash them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  8. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil to prevent sticking.
  9. Use the noodles immediately or freeze them for later.

Notes

Make sure to knead the dough enough for structure. Experiment with different shapes for variety.
