Description

Delicious and comforting homemade egg noodles that are easy to make and perfect for various dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. After resting, divide the dough in half. Roll it out thinly using a rolling pin or a pasta cutter.
  5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles in the boiling water for about 60 seconds.
  6. Drain the noodles and wash them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  7. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent them from sticking together.
  8. You can use the noodles immediately or freeze them for later.

Notes

Knead the dough well for the right texture and adjust flour if the dough is too sticky. Taste a noodle before serving.
