Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough in half. Roll it out thinly using a rolling pin or a pasta cutter.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles in the boiling water for about 60 seconds.
- Drain the noodles and wash them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent them from sticking together.
- You can use the noodles immediately or freeze them for later.
Notes
Knead the dough well for the right texture and adjust flour if the dough is too sticky. Taste a noodle before serving.
