Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.
- Toss with your favorite salad dressing and serve.
Notes
