Description

A healthy and delicious grilled chicken salad packed with fresh ingredients and smoky flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.
  7. Toss with your favorite salad dressing and serve.

Notes

Serve immediately with dressing on the side to keep ingredients fresh. Great for meal prep if stored correctly.
