Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2 cups mixed lettuce
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken until juicy and golden brown (about 6–8 minutes per side).
  2. In a bowl, add mixed lettuce, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes to assemble the salad.
  3. Top with sliced grilled chicken, lemon wedges, and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes
