Ingredients
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 2 cups mixed lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 lemon slices
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken until juicy and golden brown (about 6–8 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, add mixed lettuce, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes to assemble the salad.
- Top with sliced grilled chicken, lemon wedges, and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
