Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tomato, diced
- Lettuce leaves
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill them for about 4–5 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked.
- Steam the broccoli florets for 4–5 minutes until they are bright green and tender.
- In a bowl, mix the diced tomato with olive oil, lemon juice, and any additional seasonings you like.
- Serve the grilled chicken on a bed of lettuce leaves with the steamed broccoli and tomato salad on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for an hour before grilling. Feel free to add other veggies like cucumbers or bell peppers to the salad.
