Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 red onion (sliced)
  • Fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 5–6 minutes on each side until it is golden and juicy.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and fresh cilantro. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  4. Serve the grilled chicken with sliced avocado and the tomato salad on the side.

Notes

For best freshness, store the chicken, salad, and avocado separately. Ripe avocados enhance taste and texture.
