Description
A rich and gooey brownie bread that is perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings; simple to make and extraordinary in flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 jar (10 oz) hot fudge sauce
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Spoon in most of the hot fudge sauce and swirl gently.
- Drizzle the remaining fudge sauce on top before baking.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for added indulgence. Store leftovers wrapped in foil or in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 5 days in the fridge.
