Ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- Olive oil (3 drizzles)
- Italian seasoning
- Fresh ground pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and add olive oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, fresh ground pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with the shrimp and garlic, mixing well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
To save time, use pre-peeled and deveined shrimp. For extra flavor, add white wine after cooking the garlic.
