Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and shrimp to the skillet. Sauté until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add Italian seasoning, ground pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti noodles into the skillet with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
